The report says the company reduced energy use by 4% and emissions intensity by nearly 3% since 2010, while production rose 10%, and set a 25% hydrocarbon-efficiency goal for 2025. Its Metals business reported reductions against a 2010 baseline of 8% in GHGs and energy use, 6% in water consumption, and 26% in material waste. The company also implemented a CEO Leadership Challenge program and reported 89% participation in its employee survey.
