Annual Report

The report presents Tadawul's 2020 performance as a year of strong operating and market growth, alongside continued transformation of its exchange infrastructure and subsidiaries. It describes a 375-person workforce and expanded gender-equality support, including two women on the Board and initiatives for female employees. Sustainability activities are organized around six SDG focus areas—5, 8, 10, 12, 13 and 17—with programmes spanning financial literacy, community, education, environmental initiatives and market engagement. The report also records Tadawul's participation in the Sustainable Stock Exchanges initiative and the development of an ESG roadmap.
