Sustainability Review

The report presents Savannah Energy's first IFRS S1 and S2 disclosure, replacing its prior TCFD approach. For 2025, it reports zero fatalities, zero LTIR and TRIR, and 278 employees with 19,408 training hours. Group Scope 1 emissions were 52,094 tonnes CO2e and the report attributes the increase partly to the SIPEC Acquisition. The review also describes alignment with 13 UN SDGs and an in-depth materiality assessment updated in 2024.
