Annual Report

The report presents Save the Children UK's 2021 work across global programmes and the climate and environmental emergency. It commits the organisation to halve direct carbon emissions by 2024 against a 2019 baseline and reports 2,905,537 kWh of total energy consumption. The organisation employed 877 staff at year end and had a Board of Trustees comprising eight women and four men. It also reports that the wider Save the Children movement directly supported 43 million children across 118 countries.
