Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is Savola Group's first sustainability report focused on 2011 operations, combining CSR, employee, community and environmental disclosures. It reports a total international and local workforce exceeding 17,000 employees and highlights disability employment, training and accessibility programs. The report uses the GRI G3 framework at Application Level B+ and includes CSE external assurance, with AA1000 cited among the methodologies. Environmental reporting includes Head Office electricity data and operating-company initiatives on recycling, ISO 14001 and waste management.
