Annual Report

The report presents SBM Offshore's 2015 performance against a challenging offshore energy market. The company reported zero work-related fatalities, a 99.4% oil-production uptime and inclusion in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index for the sixth consecutive year. It also describes environmental initiatives, including a 36% reduction in gas flaring on the company's account, while noting that total GHG emissions increased because of Angola-related flaring. The year included approximately 3,200 workforce reductions as the company reorganized around product lines and sought to retain core capabilities.
