The report highlights more than $110,000 in charitable and community contributions during 2009. It reports delivery of 400 Euro 5 buses and a reduction of 314,000 kWH in energy use through motion-sensor lighting at 10 North East Line stations. Staff development included 27,436 training places, with average training hours per staff reaching 71.9 hours.
