Overview

The report presents the company's 2013 sustainability activity across human, talent and environmental sustainability. The company engaged more than 42,000 students through safety and graciousness outreach and continued emergency preparedness exercises. It provided 36,143 training places and continued its Driving Skills Enhancement Programme, attended by 900 Bus Captains. Environmentally, it took delivery of 403 Euro5-compliant buses, bringing its environmentally friendly fleet to 2,269.
