The report presents SBS Transit's 2016 group revenue of $1,098.7 million and describes the transition of bus services to the Bus Contracting Model. Its sustainability section highlights 72.5% Euro 5 buses, solar generation at the Gali Batu depot and 9,882 employees averaging 55.36 training hours. It also reports safety initiatives, community outreach to more than 38,000 students and accessibility improvements through wheelchair-friendly services.
