Overview

The report presents the Swiss National Bank's 2022 operational sustainability performance, covering its 979-member workforce, diversity strategy and inclusion training. Environmental disclosures report 10 330 MWh of energy use, 100% renewable electricity and 9,900 m3 of water consumption. GHG emissions increased to 1,240 tonnes of CO2 equivalents, while the SNB continued to balance residual operational emissions with certificates from climate protection projects.
