Annual Report

The report describes Scott Technology's FY23 as a year of strong growth, with revenue increasing 21% to $267.5m and EBITDA rising 27%. It highlights completion of the company's full global GHG emissions footprint mapping and the continued development of emissions-reduction strategies. Employee engagement remained strong, reflected in an 83% eNPS, while the Be Safe, Be Well, Be Scott programme supported a reduction in LTIFR to 4.3. The report also highlights investment in engineering talent through the Women in Engineering Scholarship and education partnerships.
