Overview

The report presents Sembcorp Marine's 2019 sustainability performance across Singapore, Indonesia and Brazil. It reports total energy consumption of 1.411 million GJ, solar generation of 5,052 MWh and calculated Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions of 52,208 tCO2e and 98,199 tCO2e respectively. The global workforce comprised 10,741 employees, while the safety section records two workplace fatalities during the year. Sustainability oversight is assigned ultimately to the Board of Directors.
