Momentum Corporate Sustainability Report

The report describes Sempra's 2025 sustainability strategy across safety, stakeholder engagement, climate resilience and energy transition. It reports a revised GHG reporting boundary under the GHG Protocol, with 2025 Scope 1 emissions of 5.08 million metric tons CO2e and Scope 3 emissions of 68.53 million metric tons CO2e, and sets a net-zero Scope 1 and 2 aim for 2050. It also reports approximately 216,000 tons of waste generated and board-level sustainability oversight through the Safety, Sustainability and Technology Committee.
