Annual Report and Accounts

The report describes Serco's 2015 turnaround, including reduced debt, improved reporting and the disposal of most offshore private-sector BPO operations. It also describes Board and committee oversight of corporate responsibility, a 99% CDP score and total reported emissions of 226,008 tonnes CO2e. The report records two employee fatalities during the year and continued work on ethics, human rights, health and safety, people and communities.
