Corporate Responsibility Report

The report describes Serco's Group-level corporate responsibility governance, including ultimate responsibility held by the plc Board and formal oversight by the Corporate Responsibility Committee. It reports 2016 total carbon dioxide equivalent emissions of 291,883 tonnes and explains that 2014 and 2015 GHG emissions were restated following verification findings. The people section reports 22% women among directors and a total employee headcount of 44,852 at 31 December 2016.
