Corporate Responsibility Report

The report describes Serco's 2018 corporate responsibility performance across governance, people and environment. It reports ultimate board responsibility for corporate responsibility, three women representing 33.3% of the Group plc Board, and 2018 Scope 1 and location-based Scope 2 emissions of 176,254 tCO2e and 83,560 tCO2e. It also records a CDP climate score of C and restates 2017 business-travel emissions to provide a global comparison.
