Corporate Responsibility Report

The report details Serco's 2019 Corporate Responsibility framework across its people, customers, owners and world. It places ultimate responsibility for CR with the Serco plc Board, with oversight enabled through the Corporate Responsibility Committee. Environmental performance reporting covers Scope 1 emissions of 181,413 tCO2e, location-based Scope 2 emissions of 85,481 tCO2e and market-based Scope 2 emissions of 81,583 tCO2e. The report also records a CDP climate score of C and explains restatements to improve comparability.
