Corporate Responsibility Report

The report describes Serco's 2020 ESG response to the COVID-19 crisis, including an updated materiality assessment that gave greater weight to employee health and wellbeing and environmental factors. It reports a refreshed Group Environmental Strategy, Scope 1 and 2 carbon reduction targets, and a commitment to net zero in its own assets, leases and business travel by 2030. The report also records a 29% renewable electricity share and a 10.9% reduction in location-based Scope 1+2 emissions against the prior year.
