Annual Report

The report presents the Group's first sustainability statement, with the Board assigned responsibility for stakeholder engagement, materiality assessment and sustainability risks. It describes an Environmental Policy, scheduled-waste controls, recycling initiatives and conversion of office and factory lighting to LEDs. Social disclosures cover employee safety induction, protective equipment, annual medical and audiometric testing, and skills-development training.
