Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Report

Overview

The report is Serko's first ESG report and introduces reporting against the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. It describes environmental practices including recycling and reducing business travel, with plans for an Environmental Management System across all offices in FY19. Social disclosures report 11% rolling annual employee turnover at 31 March 2018, employee engagement, and workforce diversity by gender and nationality.
