Annual Report

The report covers FY2019, when the Group recorded RM237.1 million in revenue and RM11.6 million in profit after tax and non-controlling interest. Its Sustainability Statement applies to all Group subsidiaries and describes Board-led sustainability governance, with the Risk Management Committee helming sustainability governance. It identifies economic, environmental and social material sustainability matters, including labour, product responsibility, raw materials, resource use, workplace diversity and safety. Operational actions include ISO 9001:2015 certification for the furniture manufacturing segment, resource-efficiency measures and an Occupational Safety and Health Committee.
