CSR Report

Overview

The report describes Seven & i Holdings' Group-wide CSR governance, material-issue process and initiatives across human rights, communities, resource use and workforce diversity. It reports FY2016 environmental data, including Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, energy use and water usage, and explains the Group's Scope 3 calculation. The report also highlights diversity promotion, employee support and community programs across operating companies. Bureau Veritas independently verified selected GHG information to a limited level of assurance.
