Annual Report and Accounts

The report describes progress under its Steel Futures continuous improvement programme, including behavioural safety training attended by over 2,000 employees and supply-chain workers. The company reports operating an ISO14001-certified Environmental Management System and says approximately 90 per cent of generated waste is diverted from landfill. It also reports achieving the Carbon Trust Standard and maintaining accreditation for responsible sourcing of materials.
