The report describes the company's strong 2015/16 financial performance, with revenue of £239.4m and improved operating results. It reports 10,733 tonnes of Scope 1 and Scope 2 CO2e emissions using the GHG Protocol methodology. The workforce consisted of 1,329 employees, while the board had no female representation. Sustainability initiatives included carbon management, renewable energy, responsible sourcing, ISO 14001 environmental management and continued safety and environmental reporting.
