Environmental, Social and Governance Report

The report covers the Group's core medical-device manufacturing businesses in Mainland China and Argon Medical, with overseas sales and R&D excluded from the reporting scope. It describes Board-led ESG governance and a materiality assessment identifying 27 sustainability issues. For 2024, the Group reports 275,277.98 MWh of total energy consumption and 126,139.02 tonnes of CO2 equivalent in Scope 1 and 2 emissions. It also reports 13,714 employees, one work-related fatality, and over RMB 15 million contributed to charitable purposes.
