Corporate Social Responsibility Report

Overview

The report presents SCSB's 2018 CSR performance across governance, environment and society, including NT$13.7 billion net profit after tax and 2,562 employees. It describes sustainable lending and investment, paper reduction of 680 thousand pieces and headquarters emissions reported as 1,671.8 CO2e ton/year for Scope 1 and Scope 2. The report also records 70 tons of headquarters waste and no occupational hazard event for employees and contractors. Governance disclosure covers Board-led CSR oversight, ethical management, materiality analysis and reporting in accordance with the GRI Standards Core Option.
