Overview

The report describes Fosun Pharma's 2024 double materiality assessment and a governance structure in which the Board is the highest ESG oversight body. It reports 929,435 ton CO2e of total greenhouse gas emissions, 7,427,434 GJ of comprehensive energy consumption, and 16.64% clean energy as a proportion of total energy consumption. The Group had 40,557 employees, with women representing 50.27%, and recorded total water consumption of 10,515,162 m3 and total waste volume of 59,490 tons. It also highlights RMB177 million in social donations and external AA1000AS v3 Type 2 assurance.
