Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is SPDB's first annual Sustainability Report and covers the group's 2024 economic, environmental, social and governance practices. It highlights the Bank's green-finance expansion, including a RMB 625.6 billion green-loan balance and new carbon-reduction finance. ESG oversight is anchored at Board level through the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, while the report applies a double importance assessment. Selected key data received limited assurance from KPMG Huazhen.
