Annual Report

The report describes Shangri-La Asia's 2009 CSR program, including an 8% reduction in energy consumption from 2006 levels. By year-end, 35 hotels and resorts were ISO 14001-certified, and 52 properties were HACCP-certified. The Group also introduced a Supplier Code of Conduct and expanded community, environmental, and employee initiatives.
