Annual Report

The report describes the Group's COVID-19 response through Shangri-La Cares hygiene protocols and colleague training. It reports 1,350.9 GWh of total energy, 748.1 kilo-tonnes CO2e of Scope 1&2 greenhouse gases and 55% waste diversion for 2020. It also highlights 41,314 colleagues completing 2.1 million training hours and CDP scores of B- for climate change and B for water security. The Board retained overall ESG oversight through the ESG Framework and ESG Management Committee.
