Annual Report

The report describes Shangri-La Asia's 2021 responsible-business programme, including an ESG governance structure in which the Board oversees the framework through the Audit & Risk Committee. The company reported 1,497 GWh of total energy, 696 KT CO2e of combined Scope 1 and 2 emissions, and 12,639 ML of total water. Social highlights included more than 96% of colleagues receiving at least two COVID-19 vaccine doses, 22,900+ volunteers and 115,000+ volunteer hours. The company also set a target to reduce single-use plastic use by 50% from the 2019 baseline by 2026.
