Overview

The report describes Shangri-La's refreshed Triple S strategy of Stay, Savour, and Shine and its continued integration of sustainability into business operations. For 2023, the Group reported total carbon emissions of 940 ('000 tonnes CO2e), alongside a 23% carbon emissions intensity reduction target by 2030 against a 2019 baseline. Its workforce reached 43,556 employees, with women holding 25% of Board positions. HKQAA independently verified selected energy, carbon, water, single-use plastic, and employee work injury indicators at a limited level of assurance.
