Overview

The report presents Shell's first voluntary Sustainability Statements prepared in accordance with CSRD and ESRS. It reports stable gross Scope 1 emissions of 50 million tonnes CO2e under operational control, continued progress toward the 2050 net-zero ambition, and a year-end workforce of 96,000 employees. Safety performance included two contractor fatalities in 2024, while women represented 42% of the Board.
