Overview

The report describes Shoosmiths' progress toward its SBTi-verified climate goals, including a 20% reduction in its overall carbon footprint since 2020 and a 2040 net-zero ambition. It reports 2024/2025 Scope 1 emissions of 76 tCO2e, location-based Scope 2 emissions of 485 tCO2e and Scope 3 emissions of 7,247 tCO2e. The year also saw new sustainability governance structures, a refreshed DEI strategy and Race Equity Action Plan, expanded responsible procurement, and continued pro bono, volunteering and community investment activity.
