Corporate Sustainability Report

The report presents Shree Cement's FY 2018-19 sustainability performance across its operations, with 6,299 employees and total energy consumption reported at 57.42 million GJ. It reports water consumption of 2.22 million m3 and 100% reuse of wastewater generated. The report also discloses gross Scope 1 CO2 emissions of 15,426,305 tCO2 and a 42.6% reduction in specific GHG emissions from the 1990 base year. Independent assurance was provided by Thinkthrough Consulting Pvt. Ltd. under the AA1000 Assurance Standard.
