Sustainability Report

The report sets a 2030 target to reduce Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 42% from a 2021 base and to reach 30% renewable-energy penetration in South African operations. Its 2050 framework includes net zero as an aspirational goal. The performance comparison reports 72,668 employees including contractors in 2025, alongside increases since 2013 in salaries and benefits, socioeconomic investment, training investment, taxes and royalties, and discretionary procurement.
