Annual Report

The report describes the company's Environmental Portfolio generating around €23 billion in fiscal 2009 revenue and enabling customers to reduce CO2 emissions by 210 million tons. It also sets out a revenue-adjusted target to cut the company's own greenhouse gas emissions by 20 percent by 2011 against 2006. The report describes a Sustainability Board responsible for developing the company's sustainability strategy and monitoring performance.
