Overview

The report presents sustainability as a central part of Siemens' strategy and, for the first time, combines the Annual and Sustainability Reports. Fiscal 2013 highlights include €32.3 billion in Environmental Portfolio revenue and 377 million metric tons of annual customer carbon dioxide reductions. The company also describes company-wide sustainability governance through the Siemens Sustainability Board and reports five employee and ten contractor work-related fatalities.
