Annual Report

The report describes Sierra Cables' sustainability activities through a cable drum reuse programme, environmental management under ISO 14001, and initiatives to use lead-free PVC in compliance with RoHS. It also reports a workforce of 306 employees and a 98.67% employee retention rate. Community activities included education support, discounted cables for nearby schools and welfare societies, and planting 50 teak plants.
