Overview

The report describes a strong 2024, with Sightsavers reaching the milestone of more than 100 million people no longer at risk from at least one neglected tropical disease. It reports 497,182 cataract surgeries, 872,922 pairs of spectacles dispensed and 36,254 people with disabilities receiving training and support. The organisation also made progress on climate-action projects, climate data reporting and integrating adaptation into new programmes.
