Sustainability Report

Overview

The report covers SingTel's Singapore operations for FY2012 and is the company's first sustainability report to undergo external assurance, with a GRI Level B+ application-level check. It expands and retrospectively restates environmental reporting, including energy consumption, carbon emissions, waste and water use. The report also highlights 33.8 GWh of cumulative electricity savings, 25.1% waste recycling, total water use of 784,483 m3 and more than 20,000 employee volunteer hours.
