Annual Report

The report presents FY2026 as a year of AI-led transformation, with Singtel positioning connectivity, digital infrastructure and NCS around an adopter, provider and enabler model. It reports a 28.3% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 absolute emissions from the FY2023 baseline and a 2045 net-zero goal across the value chain. Sustainability governance is supported by Board oversight and selected climate disclosures received limited assurance. The report also highlights that more than 90% of Group employees completed foundational AI knowledge training.
