Sustainability Report

The report describes Singtel Group's FY2026 sustainability progress across climate action, responsible business, workforce transformation and community impact. It reports an 11.3% year-on-year reduction in Scope 1 and 2 market-based emissions, continued progress toward the Group's SBTi targets, 29.5% of electricity backed by renewable sources and an A score in CDP Climate Change. The report also highlights AI-focused workforce development, approximately 25 training hours per employee, and S$27.1 million of community investment supported by more than 42,600 volunteering hours.
