Sustainability Development Report

The report presents Singha Estate's 2022 sustainability performance across residential, commercial and retail, hospitality, and industrial estate and infrastructure businesses. The company reports 25,507 tCO2e of Scope 1 and 2 emissions, alongside a 40% reduction and carbon-neutrality objective for 2030 and a net-zero ambition for 2050. It also reports a workforce of 3,112 employees and detailed training, safety, water, waste, biodiversity, and community metrics. The report is prepared in accordance with GRI Standards and includes a limited-assurance statement from LRQA.
