Environmental, Social and Governance Report

The report presents Sinotruk's first ESG disclosure and covers key production operations in the Ji'nan area for 2016. It highlights the replacement of four coal-fired boilers with natural-gas modular boilers, alongside VOC treatment, waste-heat recovery and cutting-fluid recycling. Social initiatives include more than 1,000 employee trainings, nearly 9,000 training hours, and a group-wide blood donation programme involving 679 employees. The report also describes more than RMB4.10 million invested in over 30 poverty-relief projects over three years.
