Environmental, Social and Governance Report

The report covers the Group's 2017 environmental and social performance, including its materiality assessment, environmental management, employee practices, product responsibility, and community activities. It reports total greenhouse gas emissions of 576,704 tCO2e, comprising Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, and total energy consumption of 945,130 MWh. The Group employed 24,819 people as at 31 December 2017. The report also highlights development of electric, fuel-battery, and hybrid vehicles and the Group's ISO 14001-accredited environmental management system.
