Environment, Social and Governance Report

The report covers Sinotruk's 2021 ESG performance across its subsidiaries, with the Board retaining full responsibility for ESG strategy and reporting. It describes a materiality assessment and a three-tier ESG governance structure, including the Audit Committee and ESG management and working groups. Environmental disclosures report 131,161.37 tCO2e of Scope I emissions, 505,995.41 tCO2e of Scope II emissions and 637,156.78 tCO2e of total GHG emissions. The Group also reports 28,502 full-time employees and no work-related fatality accidents in 2021.
