The report describes SIS Group's FY19 as a year of strong consolidated growth, with revenue of INR 70,932.73 million, up 21.60% year on year. The company completed five acquisitions across India and APAC, expanding into Singapore and New Zealand while strengthening India security and facility management. Group employment exceeded 215,000 at year-end, supported by training and new HR initiatives. CSR spending reached INR 36.83 million, directed toward education, health, sports, rural development, heritage and social welfare.
