Overview

The report presents Sistema's 2017 consolidated sustainability performance across its key portfolio companies. Highlights include consolidated revenue of 704.551 RUB bln, a Group headcount of 142,781 people, and extensive investment in employee development and social programmes. Environmental disclosures cover 156,468,588 GJ of energy consumption, direct GHG emissions of 1,205,650.30 tonnes of CO2 equivalent, water withdrawal and discharge, and 1,219,213.17 tonnes of waste. The report follows the GRI Standards, supports the UN Global Compact, and received external assurance from the Non-Financial Reporting Board of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
