Overview

The report presents the Group's 2025 ESG performance across governance, planet, people and community, including its first full climate-related disclosure under the ESG Code with reference to IFRS S2. It reports 278,119.48 Tonnes CO 2 e of total Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions and sets carbon neutrality by 2060 with an interim 3% annual Scope 1 and Scope 2 reduction target. Workforce highlights include 19,312 employees, zero work-related fatalities and 721,023.51 training hours. Community activity included 42,344 service hours, 11,231 volunteers and more than 400 CSR events.
